1. Nature of Our Products
Our products are handcrafted, and often made to order. Due to this personal nature, most items are not eligible for return once delivered.
We request you to review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following situations:

The product is defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue, along with images.
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the return request.

5. Refund Policy
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

No exchange and Replacement
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Shipping Damage
If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
8. Delays & Shipping Issues
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
