1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

• Since many of our products are handcrafted prepared, slight delays may occur to maintain the sanctity and quality of the process.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched,  delivery timelines are:

• Within India: 5–8 business days

• Remote locations: 8–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• We may offer free shipping during special promotions or on qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Packaging Care

All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging is done with extra care to protect the sanctity and safety of spiritually energized items.

6. Delays in Shipping

While we partner with reliable courier services, delays may occur due to:

• Festivals or peak seasons

• Remote delivery locations

Such delays are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

• The Aradhana is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

• Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.

8. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at:
